EL-O-Matic F-Series Rack and Pinion Pneumatic Valve Actuator

The EL-O-Matic F-series is a rack & pinion actuator, available in 13 sizes as spring return or double acting models. The actuator's “Fit & Forget“ design provides the optimum performance for a wide range of quarter turn valve applications. The EL-O-matic F-series are powder coated and comes with a special high corrosion resistant aluminum pinion design and stainless steel fasteners, resulting in a long lasting durable actuator design.

  • With single and double acting Actuators in 13 sizes, ranging from 12 Nm to 4100 Nm (106 to 36,474 lbf.in).
  • Fit and Forget robust, corrosion resistance design.
  • Easy to install actuator which functions faithfully giving many years of dependable performance.
  • The hard anodized high grade aluminum (7075 T6) pinion, provides the best combination of corrosion resistance, high strength and a lightweight construction as well as providing protection against galvanic corrosion.
  • Modular construction allows easy spring or action changes.
  • Dual valve flange drilling patterns and interchangeable drive inserts allows for direct mounting capability and reduces the need for valve mounting kits.
  • Compliance to NAMUR interface standard allows the actuator to be packaged with a wide range of accessories.
  • Dual Stroke Adjustment allows easy setting of the valve stroke which prevents premature valve failures.
  • Construction with standard components for delivery in a variety of frequently used configurations.
