EL-O-Matic 180° P-Series Rack and Pinion Pneumatic Valve Actuator

The EL-O-Matic 180° P-series is a rack & pinion actuator, available in 8 sizes as spring return or double acting models. The 180° P-series actuator are typical used on 3- or 4-way ball valves with a 180° rotation function. The use of high-grade steel and aluminum components together with EL-O-Matic's patented 3-point piston support provides a tough reliable unit for the automation of 180° rotation applications. Modern synthetic bearings ensure no metallic contact between moving components.

  • EL-O-Matic 180° P-series actuators can be equipped with “L1” limit stops limiting the outward stroke. 120° or 135° rotation is possible with optional “LF” full stroke adjustment option.
